For 11 years, Shelley Bancroft and Courtney Hatfield brought you the best of west coast and international fishing to television screens across North America, with their award winning show Fishing with Shelley & Courtney.
Shelley and Courtney accomplished a great deal through their 11 year career as hosts of Fishing Shelley & Courtney including the following:
- Number one fishing show in Canada based upon Neilson ratings and the Average weekly gross audience and CPM
- Leader of demographics across all audiences in Canada
- Multiple winner and nominee for the Golden Moose Award from The Outdoor Channel in US – two time Viewer’s Choice Award
- Voted within the top 30 most influential people by Outdoor Canada Magazine
- Appear in the Canadian Edition of Trivial Pursuit
In 2005, Shelley and Courtney partnered up with renowned television production company Big Red Barn Entertainment, and are bringing a second season of their new show Get Out with Shelley & Courtney to viewers in North America and beyond.
Get Out! With Shelley and Courtney is a show built around fishing, but has broadened the scope of the show to encompass the entire outdoor experience.
The show, produced in a documentary style, allows Shelley and Courtney to build a more personal relationship with the viewer, while at the same time highlighting the aspects of getting out fishing that makes it so popular with all of us. We’ll also be doing more special segments, discovering and uncovering the how’s, why’s and where’s of the outdoors.
